Mr. O’Meara is an experienced venture capital and private equity invest with a successful track record or originating, structuring and exiting private investments in early-stage and growth companies.
Michael began his investment career as a trader in 1989 with Goldman Sachs and has been a member of both the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Michael left trading in 2005 to focus on managing the holdings of his family’s investment group, O’Meara Capital which has included operating roles and investments in specialty insurance, health care, IT, transportation, renewable energy and investment banking. Glenn’s insights provide a clear tactical execution plan to take a commanding position in the firms marketplace. Glenn’s experience and insight are hones from leading multiple companies through growth and exit; formally and informally mentoring and advising the founder/CEO and executive teams of middle market, early stage and startup companies. Glenn serves on multiple Boards of Directors and Advisors.
Glenn earned an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, MS Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
Anthony Lazzara

Anthony is a seasoned veteran in the financial world both from the investing and operating sides. He has extensive experience building and growing lucrative business enterprises, turning around underperforming entities, and providing strategic direction and management to Boards and executive committees. He is currently an acting board member and advisor to various companies.

Kathleen is an experienced finance professional with a successful track record of working with clients in order to establish, implement and monitor the strategic direction of their business. Kathleen’s experience has been developed by working with clients in all stages of growth from startup to maturity in industries that include wholesale distribution, retail, ecommerce and professional services.
Kathleen is a licensed CPA and has held the Series 6 and 63 securities license. She earned an MBA in Operations Management from Illinois Institute of Technology –Stuart School of Business and a BA in Accounting from Governors State University.
